Likes

Working culture, timing very bad. Management Monopoly. Management & HR are inexperienced & emphasized to some particular community. QBS Intl WLL is a unorganised & unsystematic company. HR & Management persons are highly not qualified & lack of organisational skill. Staff & workmen accommodation & facilitation, Food are terrible & unhealthy. QBS does not provide basic facilities to workmen & staff etc.

Dislikes

If you are working in senior position then you will not get annual vacation very easily. Until or unless you will get the substitute to hand over your responsibility. Specially I faced so many times when applying for my annual vacation.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
