For sales: They even don't give credits to the sales team, all the credits is taken by the CEO himself or his friends and relatives working with him.

The technology and the industry they are providing their solutions

Dislikes

The organisation and the management, they are liers, cheaters, malpractitioner, the projects they have is only because of the bribes they made. The product and the solutions they are offerings are even below sub-standards. Salaries never on time, job security= 0, toxic work culture, company full of backbiters and bootlickers. The founder himself is the main culprit with a foul mouth. For freshers: if you want to ruin your career, join Qboid

Qboid is a Start-up and the employees has a lot of things to learn and grow. The commitment of the management makes the team motivated.

Dislikes

I don't think that an organization with such a high commitment towards it s employees, its clients and its suppliers will have any negative impact. In-fact liked this organization and would continue to work.
