1. As a fresher, the industry exposure people get is top class. 2. If you join the team in early project cycle, even fresher's get chance to write RTL codes from scratch. 3. As a Sr. R&D Engineer, you will get chance to mentor and manage junior R&D Engineer 1&2. 4. As as Sr. R&D Engineer, you will get chance to participate in recruitment by visiting different NIT/IITs. 5. Depending on any urgency at home, work from home will be provided by the manager. 6. Easy to contact senior management incase of any problems.
