Dislikes

Will recommend everyone to read carefully before thinking to join. Salary is not on time. Salary is paid in installments. There is no appraisal system. The company maintains an unwritten hierarchy of power. Management maintains a false sense of approachability but are unresponsive in many matters. I could not figure out the roles and responsibility of Accounts Dept. There is no HR Department. Even after leaving the firm many months back, they have not cleared my dues.

The work culture and environment is really good. It's a great company for a fresher to start with and learn the job. The management is very friendly and and considerate. The teammates are cool and cooperative.

Dislikes

The salary and benefits is average and the increments are not frequent.

I got to face the clients with full responsibility of handling the projects which made me more confident.

Dislikes

No support from management, no training, no new software, no salary hikes, insufficient infrastructure, congested seating arrangements, no recreational activities, no defined project execution systems or procedure, poor salary scales, no significant projects, under-qualified and noncompetitive staff.

I have great experience with design consortium . The working style of the company is really superb. It gives me a wonderful experience in the field of construction, Interior, and project managment, our CEO Mr NB Sir is a great mentor and teacher for me who teach me the how to complete tje project with in Time and with excellent Quality. The atmosphere of office is so comfortable and the whole staff also help me out in critical Situation at Site in projects.

Nothing to write about the Dislikes it is gr8 company and i wish it will become the no 1 company in Architecture and construction in India
