Salary is comparatively low if we see a workload. 12 Hrs shift is a bit hectic. Your work/ life balance will he hampered badly.

Supportive Teammates and management, Environment is good to work, Every year company is preparing Sports events and other celebrations for our staffs.

Only one dislike, their is no difference between serviced staff and new joining staff both category the salary are same. Their should be some differences package between old staff and new joiner. The salary of old staff should be more better then our new joiner.

Management is not good of cargo operations.,,I worked for 8 years and my designation was cargo service supervisor suddenly in covid they are saying iam not performing,,please kindly explain if was not performing why company feed me for 8 years,,I need answer for that my staff no 41905.

No work culture or staff welfare for staff, favourable culture at its peak. Shortage of staff and equipment mental pressure at high level. Hired managers are europeans and doesn't have clue of ramp operations Over all pathetic work culture its just someones has to fulfill his butter and bread and for that these ppl are exploiting labour force
