Excellent careers. Job satisfaction. The opportunity is given by company for growth our knowledge. And also it useful for our skill development. Os this is good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond. Very good responding. Nice job. No fear to work such a good place people are ready to solve our problems soon good.

Teammates are really supportive. I am stranded outside country due to current pandemic situation. But still company is taking well care of me and assuring that they are behind me.

Dislikes

Salary is good but there is no increment from long. As it is a huge industry working with so many employees at a same workplace, it is kind of difficult to address or provide attention to employees actual performance. Company has many departments to work in, but it's not easy to ask for change of department.

Yes Qatar Air ways is good company, working envionment is good, salary getting exactdate, have chances for carrier growth, worklife balance is good.

There was only the problem is work security is less, at any chances to terminate only for your own mistake.

Nothing just promising huge salary figure but will barely give you 2/3 of it

Worst work life balance You are expected to work like machines two persons work alone even they'll call you on weekoffs to work and not compensate it They have overtime policy however will never grant it even if you were forced to work 5-6hrs extra daily Everything literally everything here is on pro rata base be it bonus, annual leave, sick leave or mediclaim they can't even give you sick leave if you are admitted you have to *earn* them Bad smelling washrooms Pretty bad management Cafeteria sucks even their pantry doesn't have room to accomodate everyone and lacks basic amenities like cutleries
