When your in bench you will be treated worst than trash and frequent changes in policies without intimation to employees no hike indirectly they'll force you to resign even if you are appreciated from client u will never be appreciated by them for every thing they ask proof even if someone passes away in family they ask proof for that too worst managament and managers blackmailing employees there is something which is called as karma one day same thing will strike back to them.

Very friendly environment. Great manager and lead support. Salary get credited every end of the month without fail.

When it was time for salary increment based on my performance didn't received as per promise

Nothing, job security is not there, you have to do buttering to your manager,then you will get good hike, no one will listen or support, very bad management, company politics is happening
