compensation is decent, but growth is slow. and there is a few training for fresh or local people, they give more chance for those who make a wrong thing in a plant, the work pressure is very high sometime, some managers didn't respect local and expat employs, opportunity to grow for local is to slow

It is at a nice location, easy access to the metro

Dislikes

The manager is micro managing, during his first 2 year at the company 6 employees left based on his terrible management skills and making employees fearing for their job; never given positive feedback, always negative criticism - not openly, but racist and sexist remarks; firing employees on made up reasons, not fair employer; absolutely do not recommend to work there.
