There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is a decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond od 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

About this question i tell that the company culture is good and working time is not right.

No any CL and PL. No work no salary. Canteen is not good. Salary process is very bad. If you do work 25 days and you resign properly due to your salary didn't credit your account.

Qtech is Big setup but internal operation have big issue due to Business or every work interfered by HR & Admin. Every work have very lengthy process. If you lead a deptt HOD so have no authorization for underline manpower work assignment. You need first ask Chinese manager. If you need require manpower so you need follow up with HR & admin a very long period. If you make a good innovation plan so first check with Finance Or HR.

...ctory make mistake but HR decide who is culprit according his personnel opinion. You daily leave late hour if you arrive shingle minute late so deduct your salary. Salary deduction every point, whenever HR main Target only deduct your salary.

Salary benefits they provide good in respect of other points. In case employee reach before half an hour company work timing they provide free breakfast to them and free bus facility for their workman. However this process will kill your lots of time. 1 hr. lunch is available here result your office times increases. total 9 hrs. and 15 office work timing for every employee with strict timing and six days working in week.

Pathetic company culture, Terrible HR policies, worst HR policies, pitiful employees work life balance. HR is ready to fire any time anyone, they have wistful HR practices and company culture. I strongly suggest not to join this company in any situation. Specially HR is very bad of this organization with zero ethics and knowledge. Only one week of in Sunday. They harass their employees in many way, they hire fresher from college with minimum salary and take night shift with no knowledge learning. GETs and DETs job profile are similar to workman on shop floor where their salaries are less then an ITI. All the machines operates in chines language to employees only learn which no. of button they needs to press but function wise no machine idea they get from here. Several scuffle cases with Chinese employees they face and a result they always present Indian as guilty person. If any Indian have self respect never work in this company at least.
