Not a single notice circulate from head office to employees, No PF ac provided, Not proper mail response from head office, unwanted salary deductions without reasons, no specified leaves provided, not maintained employee portal for leaves & complaints. poor management. No job security, No annual increments, No work environment maintained, frequently locations changing, bad work-life balance, internal politics

In pyro you can feel that your job is safe if your work is good, salary on time is also good, teammate support, work environment is also good.

...nment where managers/Team leads uses abusive language. Very poor documentations. Salary not good and doesn't get deposited on time every month. Place is a NIGHTMARE!

...y degrading working culture, abusive language spoken by managers and team leads. No compensation, delayed salary every month. No benefits. No personal growth. Employees get promoted /demoted /benifits on politics. Managers and team leads don't even have enough skills or qualifications to be on the post.

... that candate is Important even remaining candates do same work also. With in 1.5Years a person got 3times hike in salary. Lot of Money is Transferred from Comapany account to other persons account without having records Finance team most cunning They give Salary advance to there close persons and they wont maintain records and amount is shared between those two people
