...They exploit by giving one leave per month 2. Do not offer Parental insurance 3. Company contribution of PF is deducted from our salary that's sad 4. Hired on wrong commitment, we were told that contractors will be made permanent after 6 months, that wrong. In Accenture we are told we are considered to be permanent after 18 months. 5. Salary is done on 7th. They don't pay in advance as other companies do by 31st or 1st of every month. Third class work experience. They are thugs from Noida.

Work life balance is good, hybrid culture

Dislikes

Company’s budget is fixed and giving salary 35000 to 5yrs of experience. Appraisal are like peanuts. Don’t understand the value of loyal employee, they don’t believe in retain.

I was a permanent work from home selected candidate But after 1.5Years they pressured me come to Office and at lost they asked me to Resign

Not much support from manager, no coordination, just come up with a message in every 2-3 hrs that hi team how we are doing? freak out on call and that’s it, company also doesn’t care about that. Manager oriented, no care for the employees who do hands on.

Only salary credit on time rest nothing is good

They have massive politics; Higher management is very partial and unfair. They fire employees without any strong reason and when employee raise concern, they hold their f2f and documents. Entire HR Department including HR Head (Manjari) is involved in all politics and not even give chance to speak to the employee. I think she didn't deserve this position. They do not have proper facilities for the handicap employees, due to this they even not hiring such talented people because they can't facilited them.Very bad attitude of entire HR department.
