The team of doctors here are very good. Everyone is doing their best to get quality patient care. The exposure here is very good. But it is upon yourself to seek for growth and advancement opportunities.

Dislikes

The biggest problem is that they do not pay the salaries in time. As of today I have 4 months of pending salary, there are a few doctors who have not been paid for a year. The nurses and auxillary staff have not also been paid for 3 to 4 months. Work is very busy with lots of high level gastroenterology and urology cases. We have world reknowned doctors and a very lazy management. Since the doctors do not compromise on patient care every one is working. Please keep away from the management, they lure fresh doctors saying that funds have come and take them to work here. There are many junior doctors who are trapped like this. The worst part is if you leave the place they will not pay you the money the owe you. Please I request all of you to stay away from here. They do not provide any additional facilities, even the lunch and tea we need to pay for. If you are ready to work without pay for a good exposure this place is good. All you begginers and fellow doctors with financial problems please don't come to this institution.
