Work culture is good. Not great. Freshers can learn and update their skills by working in this company.Job security is good. All staff members are supportive and friendly.

...support n opportunities if you are a staff member.For workers don't expect much.Salary growth is depend upon dept managers. If they like u then you can get more increment than other colleagues.Internal politics is worst.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
