Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired from work. I left this job because of Manish behaviour I recommend everyone not apply job here.

It's a stable job but less chance to grow after a certain period of time or position also salary structure is low compared to other small brands. But overall 3.5 out of 5

Women are respected and given the leveraged to work at their pace. Managers are good particularly Mr. Ravindra More who happens to be my Cinema General manager and Area manager, makes life easy and workplace comfortable to work in a flexible environment.

Favouritism, politics, rude and bad language by seniors , majority level is too High to remove someone politically, extra working hours , no appreciation of your good work, you can't even ask for a sick leave, no time for family, permanent night shift , ditch fully behaviour of cinema manager , overall they will treat you like a street dog.

It's fully secure and satisfied working with company. You have new product in every week to serve , entertaining and thriller job.

Working under that person who do not deserve . Some time you salary low comparing your junior
