Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ulture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent appraisal are fair and they give good salary hoke and bonus every year

Dislikes

The management doesn't addressed our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year's before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
