To work in at PVH is not really fair. I’m thinking when I accept my salary I am satisfied but I’m not. Not like other expat received a good salary but not working on Saturday not same as me, wake up 4:00 am to prepare and go to factory at 5:00 am As my position I’m not satisfied with my 2,000 dollar salary without free food. That is the reason I go out with this good company.

Work culture, life-work balance, flexible timings, great leadership and friendly environment. Also the extra perks of discount on products, sale of sample clothes.

Legacy systems, slow implementation of new age technologies and a lot of manual tasks

Compression is decent for me, but grow is very slow. sometimes I have to work 14-16 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend multiple calls in the evening and weekends manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from the onsite / clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.
