When the company was with Germany management it was ok but when Chinese involved the filter got diluted. Very few support from top management. They are sitting only for giving approval.They do not know the ground realities. HO and Gos people simply Enjoy the benefits.

The HO team in Goa is the laziest of all. Being a Service Manager parts availability was always an issue and HO parts team will not respond to mails or calls even during office hrs. Very limited tour advance will be given at the time of joining and time period to clear tour expenses will be 15 days. HR attitude and support is pathetic. Zero personal time

Overall company is good . Company policies are employee friendly. We can maintain work life balance . Salaries are at par with industry standards

Some employes which are recruited from its competitors are really as@@oles . They are ruining the company culture especially in the mumbai . Apart from this some even try to ruin others salespersons orders .
