job security is zero and you have to achive more than 60% target to get 100% salary.. i will suggest plz dont join this company..our 1 lakh incentive not given by company..and main thing company's MD Mr. SC very very begger and never release your payment..third class category people.. dont belive on HR also and never belive on Project Manager also..all are doing fraud with emplyees.

team mates were fine but company management not good.. and in management only 2 people 1 is HR and 2nd is project manager--and they never give proper reply hahahaha.. chutya banayenge apko hamesh

No phone call after office hours

... in hand of management and it changes frequently. Hr's and managers are dummy. If u are late in reaching office for 15 mins for 3 days,your salary will be deducted .

I dislike about working because the salary is 10000 and the salary is not enough me in Pune city

Really enjoying working here .work culture is very good .Got all opportunities to grow myself in terms of experience & knowledge. Management is very supportive n always fair in decision n take care of all employees as a family member.

Need to improve in approach of other team mates .They need to have professional attitude about their responsibilities.
