Anyone can get fired at any time without any warnings or notice. The culture of this company is toxic, the colleagues have two faces, never supports. They have very strong policies On papers but don’t follow it, management wants everyone to have multiple jobs like they will ask you to wipe the floor also, they will ask to work at shop floor and they expect to operate fork lift, loading unloading packages, labour work also they expect more than this

There is lot of politics, whoever is close with management his/her job is secure for time being, Management is bothered about employees health, no one cares what kind of work load you have, no support provided if asked, Company can throw you out any time. Management expects 200% if anyone don’t know the work also extra responsibilities without training.
