My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Top level management is worst there is only one man show vp.no plan no infrastructure only they want employ in cheap package i don't recommend to join puro wellness pvt LTD.there is only one product puro salt till 1 year 6 month .

Not Recommended to work here. 1) Management kisi ka Nehi sunta hain. 2) Senior log Koi problem solve karne ke liye Nehi aata hain , sab problem create kar ta hain , koi solution Nehi de pata hain. 3) August 2024 middle of the month se company me sirf ghatia culture chal raha hain. 4) Senior log Alway job threat deta hain. 5) Mental satisfaction Nehi hain. 6) Koi promotion Nehi milta hain idhar. 7) Jo boss logo ko oiling kar ta hain boh yeaha pe happy rahata hain. 8) company ko koi Nehi pehchan ta tha ground level ka mahanat ke liye aj company ko sab pehechan ta hain , aur ground level ko hi mental torture kiya jata hain.

Nothing worst company ever please don't join the company Huge politics at management level The so called executive director is Mad don't have business sense don't know how people work with her She is terrible. Never join this company as there is no job security at all Also they use Torrent pharma's name which is bull shit as torrent are not connected with them at all
