There is 100% job security until and unless you have committed a big mistake. Client service department is pathetic to work for. Top management is excellent and listen to us but our manager acts as barrier to this.

No motivation towards work life. Low pay scale. Lot of deduction in salary. Manager enjoys his life by living inside the cabin full day. Comes out for few seconds and shows that he is there and again the same thing continues. He don't even knows what his/her team members are doing on the floor. No team meeting for motivation.

They ask you to go male client home alone they dont care about your safety I feel so unsafe working with them. They will not give u any hike.
