-No Job Security -No technical people in Management level due to the same they don't understand the issues. -Worst culture ever since FY-2020 & comparative to anywhere -No trainings / learning & personal development events at all -Promotions & appraisal only given to those people who are TOADY & nearer to management people. -Worst ambient on shopfloor,
