Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...guy. If that boy hadn't been honest though Purestudy wouldn't be in exist today. Company was not releasing his salary at all when he don't hadn't any fault. Vijaya Borkar and Madhuri Kadam that both hr did very bad about that guy. They did bad as they can did about that guy. Never ever belive on that both HR. They can do anything to bad things about anyone person.

Nothing is good.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad. They don't have value of good and honest peoples. If you are honest with your work then they will give you big reward in return. As I seems in my during period every employee left this company with big frustration and offcourse me as well. Never ever join this company. In HR department everyone is a good actor. But they are very professional about lying and lie behavior.
