This is not at all a place for mediocrity. If you are average you won’t be able to survive for long. Appraisals usually are good however in Apr 2023 it was pathetic

The top management is very rude, there is no clarity or vision regarding the direction that we need to head to, no one helps with anything.

HR policies are very bad. Compulsory punch in punch out times. Treated like factory workers. There is high attrition in the organisation with most people leaving within probation period.

One of the best places I have worked at. Management is extremely clear about the vision which trickles clearly to the newest member in family. The work culture is supportive, energetic and facilitates taking risk and learning. Sky is the limit for anyone who wants to learn new things everyday. It’s a beautiful place to work.

Young senior managers’ team management skills should be reviewed. 360 degree feedback should be implemented.

Amazing place to grow your skill set, lot of autonomy and you get to learn diverse skills and work with different teams. If you are a workaholic this is the place for you.

Horrible company culture, the management is moody and rude at times. The expectation is that you are a slave of the company and should work 24x7 , even on sundays. The leave policy is ok but taking leaves is frowned upon, there are barely any employee friendly policies. Expectations are sky high and salaries are lower than industry standards. Saturdays are half days but it is "normal" to have meetings till 4:30 in the evening.
