Joined as EV industry is growing.. as no dealer is huge on paper or available on internet . And actually 70 % of them surrendered their dealership which is not available any where

Dislikes

Term of dealership is very tuff many lakh where non refundable. No salary on time. No incentives Deduction on conveyance part which is already paid. Fake traffic on social media. While working in other states company will call you for head office for 15-20 days Accommodation food will be chargeable . Results no work at ground and salary along with conveyance will be hold. Product of is very bad. Dealer bills are hold for too many months

It's a startup. There is no proper management and no decision making overall management is very poor

You can't expect anything form here. Overall negative rating. There is no working hours. In time is mandatory out time you don't want to talk. You have work like slave
