It was terrible to work with the present director who is a senseless n arrogant flattery liking guy. Surprisingly, company in operation is not doing what for it is meant rather doing sale purchase in their unit n making money by showing something differents to their Singaporean partners. Pathetic.

Dislikes

Here no recognition for employee as HOD are taking all credit for the work done by their juniors. Except Mr. Sharma, I don't think any HOD deserve any good appreciation.

Likes

There is nothing to like about this company. The finance head is a terrible person having no sense of managing the work and respecting the employees.

Dislikes

The worst thing about this company is its finance head otherwise the management is fine. Working in finance department is a real challenge. The employees are good and helpfull but the leader is more into politics. His main job is to irritate and humiliate his subordinates. The company doesn't provide any on job training to the new employees and expects people to do everything on their own which sometimes is not that easy because of lack of experience in that task. The management should take necessary steps to cultivate healthy work environment for its employees.
