Keeping promises for nothing , no respect for thier word , paying less salary , no appropriates for her staff , no wise control and just they follow the procedure with out to think of the rights to do.

The working sales representative never been the ballence in dislike ..the ultimate selling brands had already the reputation amoung potential customers and have belief amoung new buyer..

Work life balance was average.

Was asked to take care of CEO’s personal works as well. Employees were fired almost every other day without notice or on personal grudge. There was no scope of showcasing one’s talent. CEO used to login to employees system remotely to check what they were doing (almost spying) Was not allowed to go out for lunch Sometimes toilet breaks were also questioned

I like the store ambience, customer services , well trained staff

Dislikes

I didn't like the staff transfers they are doing without a notice ,they just say very next day you have to go another showroom which is something unacceptable because it is difficult for staff to manage. And they didn't support during the time of covid because they terminate the staff that time including me. So I was very diiffcult time of my life because of pure gold jewellers.

As of my experience, Philippines staff team (sales staff) is very very hard working, salary appraisal is confidential on CEO"s approval, environment is cool,learning is excelent, lots of training helps you in built career.

Dislikes

I personally dislike is that , the management is only viewing own ideas to perform but the practical knowledge know is the person who manage the store, especially area managers are quite ununderstable, we has to shake hands to built buiseness not the useless ,meaningless pressure, think practical,bring ideas,promotions etc I really appriciate HR(Ms Rachna Rana)she is one of the best HR Asst .
