Only the initial days are exciting to work in this organisation.

Dislikes

There is mental harassment and abusive language used by the management. Salary is not on time. Cant work based on your knowledge, only need to follow directions by management even if wrong. Even if management is wrong in decision blame is only on merchant

Teammates were supportive. Seniors were co operative. Kitchen was culinary delight.

...y never enforced due to some excuse or the other. Appraisal was not good at all. No bonus no hike. No incentives. No career growth. No training given n one is expected to generate more business

Company had a good facility of a lavish lunch and evening snacks within premises on a payment of a nominal amount which doesn't exist now . Teamates were supportive . It is 5 day working office.

Dislikes

Unfortunately the company management is really not at all supportive to the employee. Mental Harassment by management causes employees to leave frequently as the work environment is very abusive and stressful for a smooth working. Late hour working is a usual thing here.
