If you desperate for job then join for salary and don't hope for long stay, they would make your life hell by poaching your prospect client without your knowledge and do sale to same client through channel partner and you would wonder why no closure concluding when you done so much work till final cheque.

Management ask u to achieve Target but they don't pay ur incentives. Lack of genuinity due to internal politics
