ONLY BENEFIT IS JOB SECURITY BUT THINK ABOUT JOB SECURITY AND SALARY COMPARISION, JOB SECUIRTY IS THAT IT IS UNDER STATE GOVT ELSE THIS IS A LIMITED COMPANY SO WORK LIKE AS PRIVATE BUT SALARY AND INCREMENTS OF GOVERNEMNT SECTOR WHICH ARE VERY LESS ACCORDING TO WORK

...ND JUNIOR WILL BE ONLY RESPONSIBILE. MOST IMOPORMANT HERE IS THA CHARGESHEETS. TOO MUCH CHARGESHEETS IN PSPCL, WHICH CAUSES PRESSURE AND SALARY CUTS. AND ONLY 3% ANNUAL INCREMENT WHICH EVEN DOES NOT BEAT INFLATION. ACCORDING TO PROMOTION SEATS NO NEW WORK IS GIVEN ALL CLERK JUNIOR AN SENIOR AND CA'S AND SUPERDENT ALL DO THE SAME WORK, MEANS WITH PROMOTION NO NEW SKILL IS GENERATED. TOO MUCH PRESSURE IS GIVEN ON NEW COMERS BEACUSE THEY DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT WORK AND NO TRAINING IS GIVEN IN FIRST 7-8 MONTHS AND SENIORS ALWAYS GIVE PRESSURE. SO THIS IS THE WORST EVER DEPARTMENT

Daily wages are less than other working places and not having safety features while working.

Only job security is here.No personal growth.Stagnant growth environment.Intial 3 years of probation period is toughest to survive where you will get only basic pay.Moreover period spent on probabtion will not be counted in service tenure.Hence no pensionery benefit available.I recommend that if anyone have any other opportunity evn in pvt sector.Go for it👍

I have done BRTS PROJECT UNDER STATE GOVT. Do ELECTRICAL WORK in amritsar city... I gained more knowledge under these projects

Working under govt. Department pressure is very high and finance problems. Firstly I pay and then collect pay commission... And political interference
