I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Punjab Institute of cardiology is a tertiary care 500 bedded teaching hospital. It has nine fully equipped operation theaters and fifty bedded ICU with all modern facilities. More than 2700 cardiac procedures are being done annually. During my stay in this hospital as a charge nurse in ICU, I learned lot many things about new technology , procedures and latest patient care techniques. All the team mates and seniors were very cooperative. I was supposed to get annual appraisal twicely during my stay there. I was working their with all in service benefits and at the end of service benefits.

Shortage of manpower according to the number of patients was really discouraging and disappointing.
