... huge discrimination between employees benefits working in same organization. No leave, even for a half day leave for which you will have to sacrifice your salary, you need to beg and get it approved from minimum three director and HOD who hardly have any authority.

Only Job Security..There is no HR, no monetary benefits, no insurance - health or life, nothing...no hostel..no proper cafeteria..

...appraisal. Work satisfaction is zero. You'll be expected to come to office at 9.30 am and there will be salary cut if you don't come on time. But, there's no office relieve time, you will be forced to stay late, sometimes overnight, and won't receive any compensation, comp-off, extra pay, for it. Office is like a house turned into an office somehow.

I had change from Mathematics to analytics career since 2019. As analytics is very interesting and challenging I would like go further in to dynamic software world. I am trying to combine my interest in Analytics as data scientist, Big Data engineer and Cloud computing. I want more exposure and depth knowledge from industry perspective. Not much option for practicing and gaining experience to my knowledge in PIBM.

PIBM did not show any interest in my knowledge that I got it from certification of Data scientist, Big Data Engineering, and Cloud computing

I am active as Librarian in this institute since 2015 and enjoying my work as a information source provider. Working in this college is opportunity to develop my skills and set my life firm. Management of the college supports in every activity. I have accomodation facility, transport facility, insurance, sufficient leaves. Realy this is best college to work.
