The company culture is bad. There's practically zero work-life balance. It's been 4 years and I haven't received any increment or appraisal. Work satisfaction is zero. You'll be expected to come to office at 9.30 am and there will be salary cut if you don't come on time. But, there's no office relieve time, you will be forced to stay late, sometimes overnight, and won't receive any compensation, comp-off, extra pay, for it.
