There is lack of vision, clarity about the goal & planning. Sometimes it is difficult to cope with the colleagues as there are under qualified people hired for cost cutting. The job roles and SOPs are not defined so there are conflicts between employees and departments

...when i had gone for hiring in another city. They did not book other room for me. Salary is so very low. Cheap behaviour and flirtatious comments are passed by top managament. Anyone can flirt with anybody. Top managament is only focused on filling their pocket. Building is so dirty washroom is so dirty. Every poorly treatment to employees. No transport or medicial or childcare.. even on national holiday of oct 2 they say no holiday.. they made us work in full covid and they show off that they paid us.. hello we all worked when you were fooling police whith closed shutter

Teammates are supportive but sadly due to office politics they left.

I worked in pune gas for 2 years and from first day only it was problem. They had one person in accounts who was handling hr before me and he got jealous and started making problems. That time i got limited support from management . The owner only told his son that no he was needed. And that make me feel very bad. Management was given several ideas, but they told me to forget all these ideas and focus on handling the blue collar people. It was very uncomfortable for me as a woman to do that but my job was at stake so i kept quite and did whatever was told. In the end it got tooo much, a staff from service department thrented me and still managment did not take any action. They just sat their and laughed. Everyone used to blame me that i do politics until they found out that the owners were making the hr rules too. I had no freedom to do my job. Both the owners spoke different things. Pathetic experience working with pune gas
