the main thing I dislike is about the management which supports only the Managers. This makes most of the staff go against them too.

The culture is really good and u make lot of good friends. Company is growing increaments and bonus are decent. Work hours are flexible

Management play favourites. U cannot be openly express as u are judged all the time.

Toxic culture. yelling shouting by managers is very common in fact it is kind of celebrated. No job security if you are not liked by your manager you will surely be put in situation where you resign.
