Work politics is high. Have to be available 24/7. No personal life left, even though salary isn't worth the stress.

only dislike much more politics was there , no working acthics , they dont even known what the engineer do and technician do , they give same work for both, anybody can come anytime and change the rules.

Lot of things to learn, and people who do best job they listen to you but if employee is new even after giving your best you will be put down also everything have to be done solely.

Dislikes

No job security at all, no appreciation to the best employees. People who does nothing and have least to handle are being appreciated. Very poor management and decision taking they will keep and feed consultant and employee who does nothing but buttering and beaching and employees who does their best for the organisation they are being laid off.They even dont provide insurance, no annual trip, no extra curricular's being an Limited company.
