Lot of things to learn, and people who do best job they listen to you but if employee is new even after giving your best you will be put down also everything have to be done solely.

Dislikes

No job security at all, no appreciation to the best employees. People who does nothing and have least to handle are being appreciated. I LEFT THE COMPANY AS IT WAS REDUCED TO A SAMALL COMPANY DUE TO TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE/FAILED TO CO UP WITH THE COMPETITORS.
