No job security. Poor Management. Worst work culture. They make their own policies depends on their comfortability. The only thing we had is good cafeteria.

...ent people. No hikes. No EPF. No promotion. No proper designation when reliving. NO ON TIME SALARY.

You can learn about SEO and Digital Marketing but not paid services. People are good and friendly except few.

Never go for this company. It is the worst Organisation. They will deduct PF from salary but they will not credit in your PF account. Even, they will not tell your PF number. You will struggle to know why they have deducted amount from your salary, because there is no payslips. Salary will be not be credited on time. Even we got salaries on 15th of the month. They will push you to get revenue but they no incentives given on time. No salary/incentives are given to the employees who relieved even after 2 years. No recognition | Fake Promises | Bad Work Culture | Mobiles are not allowed | No Cafeteria | Politics | Forcing new Joinees to sign 2 years bond, telling them they can break in 1 year | Holding the 10 mark sheet and threatening the employees with that. CEO will call his own employees as beggars.

...hough everything will be decided my Mr. Sandeep the manager Pampet HR and TL. They won't even have proper fund to pay employee worst organization ever this useless are serving only because organization is in DLf if not it would destroyed by the employee itself. It's is a fake organization they won't run conference they just steal people money. Scamers kindly throughout this organization and save many graduates life. 🙏 HR and admin no use waste fellows
