Great hotel to work,but management does not care for people who work hard. If the jobs gettin done then why bother. Right?

No promotions . Salary hike is miniscule. U would spend that amont in burger king in one sitting.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ent I liked the fact that my associates and executives came to me for direction. Apart from that the salary benefits and the work life balance was pretty good too.

In every organization where I have worked, I have often felt that there are people who are not pulling their weight for the team which results in a lot of demotivated people and no sense of belonging. At this property I saw it to the fullest extent as the leaders of the team were the people who were doing this. I have always believed that any team no matter which field that they work in needs very strong leaders who empowers,motivates and leads from the front in order to get the team to reach its full potential. I never felt that my manager and my fellow colleagues(Asst.Managers) were ever able to do that. As a part of the managerial team here it was disheartening to see people leaving, having second thoughts everyday or outright fights with the leadership instead of focusing on doing their work. I believe that we as managers and leaders are not here to just earn a decent amount of money and go home on time but to develop a team that is both world class and a team that is empowered enough to think on its own feet. I think we fell way short on this objective. I don't like people when they become nice to their leaders to get promotions or leaves or awards but in this property at least in my department it was quite prevalent. All in all I would certainly hope that this sort of a bad experience of this property doesn't let me have a bad impression of the Accor Group in general.

...anagement is not transparent. The cafeteria is good. Gaming arcade is not there. Company policy is fine appraisals are not that fair, minimal salary hike, fine bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There isn't a bond of one year. I haven't seen any trainees in the hotel when I was working.

Pullman is a five star hotel I really like the management there and the talent requisition team were supporting.

Dislikes

There was no fixed hours of working there because of that was having issues in my personal life.
