Publicis sapient data and AI COE is excellent place to work. It's a tech heavy company which works with cutting edge technologies. Good learning curve. The leadership and mangers listen and act on requests.

Compensation should be paid as per market standards. There is a possibility that juniors who has less experience may be getting more salary.

If you get into project earlier life may be good but not if you won't get into project...but on service engineering side getting nominated for project will be like looking for a job in job...if you are ready for interview any time or domain switch go for it ...iam talking about people with less experience like below 4 years and al2 tag I dont know how it is for others
