Being a Java coder, work life in Publicis Sapient is reliable and satisfying. Since a coding project always has challenges and deadlines to incorporate the latest changes and functionalities, we have to keep our knowledge up-to-date always. This is kind of good. We have enough leaves which we can take impromptu or with prior notice. Managers and team members are quite supportive with personal issues. Once I had to take my son on accident emergency, everyone in team was supportive.

Sometimes, salary hike is not good enough. it is like same as in HCL and TCS.

The team has enough learning tools to power your learning skills. It has good team collaboration and effective training overall. Not much work pressure.

Promotions, hike, salary possession are not that great.

If you get into project earlier life may be good but not if you won't get into project...but on service engineering side getting nominated for project will be like looking for a job in job...if you are ready for interview any time or domain switch go for it ...iam talking about people with less experience like below 4 years and al2 tag I dont know how it is for others
