Sapient merits: Pay is always on time They spend a lot on learning and creativity. Demerits: Oh the politics at the higher level! If you are joining as an Associate or a Senior Associate, be ready for a wave of great politics to sweep you off your feet! The higher management , be it the Vp or the Managers, will engage in fruitful, positive discussions but the lowest tier will continue working and giving in to their tantrums! No matter how hard you work, all the credit is taken by the higher management. You'll get to learn a lot but my experience, at least with the Gurgaon folks and managers was awful.

The above... plus the fact that they would INSTRUCT that a lot of criticism be given.

Compensation is not transparent anymore. Vacuum created in Leadership after key people exited the Commodity business team. Existing leadership is not promising to get new business or even sustain the business that they have

The team has enough learning tools to power your learning skills. It has good team collaboration and effective training overall. Not much work pressure.

Promotions, hike, salary possession are not that great.

No work life balance They make you work 12 to 15 hours Hire and Fire policy Any crisis comes, they fire you. Every month some firing happens. They keep you on multiple projects
