One of the leading MNC Advertising agency in the world. Excellent facilities and perks for employees. Huge opportunity to learn but be ready to get humiliated by work. Sometimes huge pressure of work.

Work pressure sometime can beyond imagination. No work life balance. Though it's an MNC but work over everything sometimes.

Work-life balance is great. But again that totally depends on your manager and the team. Mine is fantastic so I do not have complaints. However many others do feel they're overworked or underpaid

Dislikes

Very slow to shift you from one market to another or one client to another. However that's just the hierarchical issue so not sure how bad or good this is. In my two years I haven't had a bad day work wise

Even though I had joined during Covid times, the company left no stone unturned in giving a warm welcome. Team leads were extremely warm and helpful in getting comfortable with clients and team members. Good scope for growth opportunities.

A culture needs to be created. Handful of Senior Management people needs to either quit or drive much needed change to built a brand and stop being a ‘me too’ in the industry. Recruitment needs strict filters to create and maintain a good culture.

Likes

Publicis is one of the top Media agency worldwide with a chain of sub-agencies. I like the work culture and is a great place to enhance skillset and you could seek opportunities to closely work on all medium of digital marketing.

Dislikes

In India, Publicis could bit more focus on paying an employee as it has big clients on table.
