...conducting online classes for students with development of systematic timetable. As for the teaches job insecurity has developed among few and the salary was deducted owing to the school fees issues.

Dislikes

politics, less chances of career growth and salary appraisal, limited resources for developing skills. Not much efforts were there from the management in training the staff from time to time.
