politics, less chances of career growth and salary appraisal, limited resources for developing skills. Not much efforts were there from the management in training the staff from time to time.

The company has been started really long back and talking the experiences and learning I must say that it has always given you something to new to learn. I really appreciate the teamworks among the teachers, getting trained quarterly, friendly environment with ready to help people.

Work pressure is loaded and really high but the pay really less.

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend Clint calls

Every other aspect than the students is demotivating... either training, job security, personal or professional growth, salary & perks , environment....Etc.
