There are so many opportunities and exposure to enhance knowledge and experience in SAP. Freedom to work and flexible work culture and mentoring during implementation. Management thinks about employees and teams.

I didn't like some Team Members, they themselves does not work properly and talks negative continuously and ask new members to leave but they do not leave. Few members comes and does only time pass full day with one simple development task and spend time on mobile.

1) Wonderful work culture, flexible business hours & Liberties which have been executed as well as nurtured under the governance of Mr. Tushar Lohia (Honorable CEO & Operations Head - India, USA & Costa Rica) from the scratch level. 2) All of their technical professionals likewise Java Fullstack, Microstatregy, Cloud Computing (Aws & Azure), MSBI and Java/J2EE Middleware Developers, TIBCO, Snowflakes, Python Developers all are technically highly skilled and well trained. 3) One of the highest CTC provider employer within India but, subjected if resource successfully qualified their Hiring or Selection processes.

Honestly, I don't want to disclose because being my employer she helped me & able to survive with my family during as well as post Covid phases.
