Worst Company, Never Go, No timely Salary, Full of politics, Hr are extreamly non cooperative. Big NO - Work Pay or else will kick u out at any point of time. They dong even provide offer letter just a pice of paper of no use. Just font go.

...fficult and unreasonable individuals. There are no salary increases or benefits. You could give your utmost effort, attempting to dominate the industry, and they will still demand more while paying you the same as a maid. They expect you to fulfill various roles with ambiguous titles like "Technical Sales Sweeper." Taking time off is not encouraged, and requesting leave during an emergency may lead to termination. The monthly pay is less than 30k, but they treat employees as if they were cheap market purchases. Although the official work hours may appear to be from 9 AM to 5 PM, it's a deceitful facade. You will be required to work from 9 AM until the early hours of the morning, sometimes even past 1-4 AM +5:30 GMT. Your personal and romantic life will suffer greatly if you attempt to fulfill your duties here. The employees lack intelligence and simply follow orders without question. Hard work and talent go unnoticed, as people here are focused on ingratiating themselves for personal gain. My own romantic relationship fell apart because of this company. Every aspect of this business is fraudulent. It may seem like a single entity, but internally there are undisclosed connections and suspicious activities. Shares may be manipulated, and various insider companies such as Cognatic, Vetzu, Digitys, and others are involved in purchasing and selling their own products within the company. I could write an entire novel about this, but to summarize, the whole company operates as a scam.

Layoff without intimate, stole your harden money , after layoff never provide you compensation to survive either you were permanent employee of it. Their policy are all fake. Threaten employees regarding coart case. 7 days working.

Lavish Building, Great car parking, Paid bike parking, and Great street food. Good colleagues in some departments.

No Job Security. No Timely Salary. They paid salary after holding 20 days salary and dived into 2 times in a month, you wont even get any personal loan with the bankstatement. They dont deposit PF but deduct from your salary. Manager sexually harassed employees but no action taken. Manager are less qualified than executives having fake degrees and work experiences. If you wish to save your family don't join this company, better to sell fruits in street rather than joining here. People cries on floor every month.

No increment for almost 2 years now. Closed door policy, even HR's are not reachable easily. Micromanagement and poor politics. Management does not stick to their words. Every odd day their will be employer friendly policies imposed. Treats associates like low grade/class workers. Company change its name every year. Managers and management have official mail ID xxxdigitys.com and associates have different mail ID xxxdigitys.co.in. Fake R&R, just for social media show off.
