I have worked in ptc company by teamlease. As a project engineer but salary 8000 only. If any one work as project engg Or handling project of eesl company. And get salary only 8000 isn't best no any expect like that.

Work culture is good. Salary is on time. Environment is good. You will get tea, coffee, and one time meal free.

The only thing you must have is good done with your Manager. If you don’t have that, then they will play politics With you While promotions. People playing their mentorship role will always be busy, hence, they won’t help you in your learning or early phase.

Here , the overall company culture is very good. specially the work from scenario for Cloud team is unmatchable with any other organisations. We had WFH way before Covid too. Apart from this , the transparency between different level of people is possible here so that you aware about the changes and improvements.

Here , the job security is not that much great at any level. In the name of cost cutting, the job can be affected here globally. And the kind of work is also limited which lack the growth in career too.
