Company is advanced and good for learning exp. and staffs are good and provide job security. But regarding the career growth its is low .Here we can learn but can't earn.You can maintain work life balance perfectly.

There is wide scope of learning and great chance of upliftment as per progress shown by yourself. You will be given opportunity to discuss and/or implement your innovative ideas as concerned authorities are easily approachable. Also there is not enough work load... you can balance your personal life easily and you can get enough time to do any extra thing if you want. In nutshell, here your progress decided by yourself.

Here there is the lack of interdepartmental co-ordination. You can't aspect salary and appraisals according to your work... as everything is predecided which you may not like.

You can learn about working environment and how to deal with situation and people as there is no one to support and give guidance.

In the name of Employment Agreement, they capture 3 months salary and training/employee development charges occurred on the employee. Even these trainings you will never get but you have to pay. Interaction with Management, Senior managers and Colleagues is included in employee development.
