Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

I like the college very much. I always get late so I have to walk 2 km as college bus departs at its time and that was the reason why I wanted to leave that college but the support and feeling of family members which I achieved from there forbade me to leave. The principal, principal incharge, and director sir are very helpful..We all staff members live as family members which I like the most and I am working there since 5 yrs and progressed much...It's environment is very good..I just love working there.

Nothing to dislike because everywhere there are problems but when that place is like our home then that problem is like our own which we should solve among ourselves.....
